A long drive to Seoul with Du-sik and other uninvited passengers tests Hye-jin's patience. Despite pain in her teeth, Kim Gam-ri refuses treatment.

When a patient causes a disturbance at the office, Du-sik comes to the rescue. Elsewhere, Chang Yeong-guk learns that his first love is back in town.
